The opening round will feature three races, two at Australia's iconic Phillip Island and one at Monza Italy.
Drivers have spent weeks practising on simulators for tonight's first-ever All Stars event, which will be broadcast live on Fox Sports, Kayo, 10 Play, Twitch and Supercars Facebook pages.
Early favourites include two-time defending Supercars Champion, Scott McLaughlin, who won an online IndyCar race on Sunday morning.
Other favourites will be the Holden pairing of Shane van Gisbergen and Anton De Pasquale, experienced online racers.
Other young drivers from the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship who will be looking to make a name for themselves on the iRacing platform, are the Holden duo of Nick Percat and Bryce Fullwood.
The BP Supercars All-Stars Eseries begins tonight and will be broadcast live from 7pm - 9pm on Fox Sports, Kayo, Ten Play, Twitch and Supercars Digital Channels.
