The Old Fireshed Wollombi, opens Saturday
Laguna artists Jane Mowatt, Janine Oliver, Jordis Pointu, Jillian Ryder and Linda Wilkinson have joined together to form 'Laguna Collective'. Their exhibition will open at 10.30am Saturday with a morning tea, and will be open daily from 10am to 4pm until August 9, COVID-19 restrictions permitting.
Marthaville, 200 Wollombi Road, Cessnock
Marthaville House Art and Craft Centre has reopened to the public after COVID-19 restrictions forced it to close. The historic house is open from 10am Friday and Saturday, with locally-made crafts and handiwork for sale.

CHEMICAL CLEANOUT
Cessnock City Council Depot, Sunday 9am-3.30pm
A Household Chemical Cleanout Day will be held at the Cessnock City Council Depot on Old Maitland Road this Sunday from 9am to 3.30pm. It's a FREE service for the safe disposal of a range of household chemicals that could cause harm to human health and the environment if they are not disposed of correctly. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, residents are requested to ensure that all their waste is transported in the boot of the car or ute tray as residents will be required to stay in their vehicles at all time at the drop off.
