The nine-time Golden Guitar winner will play the exclusive, intimate show on Friday, December 11.
Bowtell is one of Australia's finest singer-songwriters, possessing a powerful and evocative voice recognised by her peers as one of the best in the business.
An innovative and creative songwriter, she defies musical constraint and easy classification, with influences reaching from pure country to blues, jazz and pop.
Bowtell first came to prominence as songwriter and singer for multi-award-winning country pop trio Bella.
Since then she has released two critically-acclaimed albums, Secret Songs in 2012, and Heart Of Sorrow in 2014, and appeared on season six of The Voice Australia, turning all four red chairs with her sublime and powerful voice.
Her latest EP release Calling You marks a departure in musical style from her roots in alternative/pop country, brimming with the singer's soulful, striking vocals and connecting deeply with raw emotion.
Bowtell's show will follow successful CPAC Studio Sounds performances by local legends Outback Radio and Newcastle jazz virtuosos The Terence Koo Trio.

While the venue has a current capacity of around 216 people under existing restrictions, audience numbers for CPAC Studio Sounds have been limited to no more than 80 patrons to create a truly exclusive atmosphere.
CPAC's curator of creative and performing arts, Vicki Sienczuk said the response so far from audiences has been overwhelmingly positive.
"The feedback we've received has been fantastic. We are delighted to be welcoming patrons back to the venue after what has been an incredibly challenging year for us all," Dr Sienczuk said.
The show will start at 7.30pm and tickets are $39, which includes a free drink on arrival, and patrons can choose between cabaret or tiered seating.
Tickets are on sale now at the box office, by phone on 4993 4266 or online at cessnockperformingartscentre.com.au.
Meanwhile, comedian Ross Noble is set to perform at CPAC on December 16, after his Humanoid tour was rescheduled twice this year. The show is sold out.
