Cullen will miss the Bulldogs' clash with Central at St John Oval on Sunday having taken the early guilty plea this week on a grade one dangerous contact charge.
He was given his marching orders after just 12 minutes in Kurri's 48-6 loss to the Pickers at Maitland Sportsground on Saturday.
It came after an incident in a tackle with Maitland centre Matt Soper-Lawler, who was struck in the head/neck region.
Cullen has already been banned for three of the opening 10 rounds.
Both previous indiscretions were high shots.
He was out for two matches earlier in the season and then ran into trouble again during the Rebels representative fixture last month.
