The qualification round starts at 2pm (AEST) with the final starting at 4.30pm.
Repacholi will be back in action on Tuesday when he lines up with Dina Aspandiyarova in the mixed teams' 10 metre air pistol.
Qualification starts at 10am (AEST), the finals begin at noon (bronze) and 12.35pm (gold).
All the action will be live online at the 7plus website at https://7plus.com.au/olympics or app.
Repacholi flew out for Toyko on Monday and has his sights firmly set on gold.
In interviews prior to his departure Repacholi said he believed the postponed Games and lack of international competition recently had helped create a "level-playing field" in the race towards the podium in Japan.
"There's been some shoots but nothing like what we're all used to, so it's pretty much a level-playing field," he said.
"The ones who win gold, silver and bronze are the ones who are the most adaptable to the situation."
Repacholi, a three-time Commonwealth Games champion, dreams of claiming gold at the Olympics and feels the extra time preparing over the last 15 months has been beneficial after booking his ticket to Tokyo at a qualifying event in March last year.
"I've certainly given myself the best opportunity this time," he said.
