* Red zone permits tightened: After 11:59pm Tuesday, the only people allowed into Victoria from red zones will be authorised workers or for compassionate reasons, with a new red permit required
* Borders: New Zealand, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia are closed to Victoria
