The Advertiser will once again publish the Christmas wishes of local children in our annual Letters to Santa feature, as we have every year since 1983.

Balloon Worx in Vincent Street will once again be the drop-off point for your letters, following the closure of our office in 2019.

"We have proudly forwarded hundreds of letters to Santa from the children of Cessnock over the past 38 years," Advertiser senior journalist Krystal Sellars said.

"We thank Balloon Worx for helping us to continue this wonderful tradition."

Letters can be dropped off in store, or mailed to Santa Claus, c/o Balloon Worx, 92 Vincent Street, Cessnock.

Letters are due by 5pm on Wednesday, December 8, and will be published on December 15 (which will be the our last edition for the year).

Christmas church service times will also be published in our December 15 edition. Service times can be emailed to mail@cessnockadvertiser.com.au.
