The 43-year-old from the Baw Baw Shire is accused of assaulting the primary school aged children between 2017 and 2020.
He has been charged with sexually assaulting a child under 16, sexually penetrating a child under 12, and grooming.
The man is due to appear at the Latrobe Valley Magistrates Court on June 6.
