HAWTHORN football legend Peter Knights will talk leadership challenges in a special Ballarat business breakfast tackling occupational health and safety changes. Knights will draw on his 16 years’ experience as an AFL player and coach in creating safe work environments. Facing a number of injuries during his career, Knights knows the challenges this can place on family members. “It is imperative we stay safe at work, so we can return home to our loved ones,” Knights said. Hosted by WorkSafe Victoria, the breakfast is at the Mercure Ballarat Hotel & Convention Centre on Wednesday, from 7am-9am.  It is part of a breakfast series in key regional centres across the state in June.
