This year’s flavour odyssey will feature festival favourites on the menu, as well as a series of new and exciting indulgences, during a month-long series of more than 60 decadent activities.
From festivals and fairs, magical dinners and gastronomical feasting, to dining in the sky (literally), exclusive culinary classes and winter indulgences under the stars, the highly-anticipated annual event will truly rejoice in the mouth-watering taste of the Hunter Valley’s unrivalled delights.
Cosy up by the fire in the Winter Warmer Series; dine up close and personal with iconic Hunter Valley winemakers and chefs in the Winemaker’s Table Series, or create your own magic in the kitchen using delicious local produce in the Edible Experience.
And of course, no trip to the Hunter Valley would be complete without a visit to a local winery and sampling a few of the world-class wines from Australia's most historic family wine region.
The 2014 Hunter Valley Wine and Food Month is organised by the Hunter Valley Wine and Tourism Association and is supported by the NSW Government’s tourism and major events agency, Destination NSW, through the Regional Flagship Events Program.
