Cessnock Sportsground will host a festival of football this Saturday.
Under-14/15 Group sides from NSW and Victoria will compete for the title of ‘Country Champions’ in three divisions (Cup, Plate and Trophy).
Hunter players will feature in the under-14s Plate final between VRL and Newcastle, and the under-15s Plate final between Maitland and Group 11.
The Ladies League Tag Country Championship Final and a NSW Sydney Metropolitan Women’s Rugby League match between local side Hunter Stars and Berkeley Vale Panthers will also played on the day.
