The talented trio flew out out from Sydney on Tuesday and will have a rapid introduction to their teammates at a two-day training camp before the Pacific Cup begins on July 14, in San Jose, California.
Oliver, 18, who plays the outdoor game with the Weston Bears under 19s, has represented Northern NSW since primary school and came under the national selectors’ eyes at national titles in January.
The young Bear said the team had struggled to meet for training sessions because players came from across the nation.
He said they would use the pre-tournament training camp to fine-tune their game for the Pacific Cup.
Horder, 18, who also plays with the Bears 19s, has been selected as one of two goalkeepers for the tournament, which will feature the US, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand and other Pacific Rim nations.
Maitland Magpies young gun Lachlan Hodgetts was invited to tour last year but was unable to play because of playing commitments in the outdoor game.
When the chance came up again this year he jumped at the opportunity.
Several Hunter-linked players are also part of the Australian touring squad with four representative teams – open men’s and womens, youth men’s (under 21) and under-16 boys – taking part.
The Pacific Cup runs from July 14-17.
