There will be plenty of spooky fun at Cessnock Ex-Services Club on Monday, October 31 when the club hosts its fifth annual Kids Halloween Disco.
Club secretary-manager Rachel Jacobson said the disco has been a great success and continues to get bigger and better every year.
“It is a great night out for the entire family with lots of fun, games, prizes and giveaways for everyone,” she said.
The disco will start at 6pm and entry is free.
Halloween is just the beginning of a big week at the Ex-Services Club.
Melbourne Cup Day festivities on Tuesday, November 1 will include housie from 10am, sweeps, prizes for best dressed, and entertainment by the Todd Stewart Duo from 2pm.
One of Australia’s most popular country-rock outfits, the Adam Eckersley Band will play at the Exies on Saturday, November 5.
The band won the Golden Guitar win for best group or duo at this year’s Australian country music awards in Tamworth.
Tickets are $20 and the show starts at 7.30pm.
