More than 200 people attended the open day, and almost half the 71-lot first stage was sold by the end of the day.
The estate heralds another prime investment in the Hunter Valley for Iris Capital, a development and hospitality group whose portfolio includes a number of Sydney hotels and properties in Newcastle’s East End, as well as recent Hunter winery acquisitions, Hungerford Hill and Sweetwater.
Wyndham Ridge is located off West Street, Greta, providing living opportunities for families in a semi-rural setting close to major cities, with spacious blocks surrounded by trees and nature.
Cessnock mayor Bob Pynsent attended the launch and said the estate offers another wonderful choice for families hoping to create a home in the Cessnock City community.
“Wyndham Ridge will be a fantastic place to call home and council looks forward to welcoming new residents to the area,” he said.
