Cessnock Chamber of Commerce president Clint Ekert said the VIP experience is a new and exciting aspect of the 2018 Stomp festival.
“The festival strives to deliver unique and different events within the festival to provide an overall experience,” Mr Ekert said.
“I am excited to see this addition of the 2018 program; the likes of Brian McGuigan and Colin Peterson are so proud and passionate about our region and to have them showcase their talents will be a real treat.”
Pokolbin winery Ben Ean, owned by Mr McGuigan and Mr Peterson, has come on board as the festival’s major sponsor in 2018.
The Stomp festival will be held in Vincent Street on Sunday, April 8, and is expected to bring 15,000 people to the Cessnock CBD, with wine, beer, food and fashion on show, and fun for the whole family.
The festival will run from 10am to 4pm and entry is free.
Tickets for the VIP experience, grape-stomping competitions, and more can be bought at www.cessnockstomp.com.
