Founding member and band leader Bill Croft (who plays John Lennon in the show) is no stranger when it comes to the sounds of The Beatles.
Croft has been performing their hits from an early age and it has been his goal to create the best Beatle Show around.
He has also starred in such shows as The British Invasion Show, Stars in Your Eyes and Lennon: Nowhere Man, just to mention a few.
The members of Beatle Magic don stitch-for-stitch replica Beatle suits and use identical instruments to the iconic band.
The show was nominated for Tribute Act of the Year at the 2017 Australian Entertainment ‘Mo’ Awards, which are presented annually for excellence in live performance.
Beatle Magic has been declared as Australia’s most authentic-sounding Beatle tribute Show by none other than legendary radio presenter Bob Rogers, who represented 2SM on the Beatles’ 1964 Australian tour, and was christened ‘the Fifth Beatle’.
Rogers now does the 9am 2CH morning show in Sydney, and has played Beatle Magic’s own recordings of the classic Beatle tunes that took the world by storm during the 1960s.
Beatle Magic arrives at East Cessnock Bowling Club on Saturday, April 21 at 8pm. Tickets are $20; call the club on 4990 1444.
