However, the couple will have put smiles on many more people’s faces thanks to their support of the Cancer Council.
Kev and Trish saw more than 500 people come and view their Yuletide display with many taking the time to make a donation. Thanks to the generosity of the community, the couple managed to raise $866 – and an Aldi token.
Mr Herring said he was overwhelmed with the generosity of locals, with many stopping him in the street to make a donation.
