Architecture students Owen Kelly and Bobbie Bayley created the exhibition 'Girthy; With Slim Edges' after a year-long, 7650km architectural study along Australia's metaphorical heart-line, Uluru's latitude in 2017.
The exhibition features a huge tent that fills the interior space of Cessnock Regional Art Gallery as well as interactive exhibits for children and adults - aimed at challenging their knowledge of Australian geography, history and architecture.
Entry to the exhibition is free. Girthy; With Slim Edges runs until Sunday, August 11 and the official opening will be held this Saturday from noon until 1pm.
