After a successful debut in 2018, Jazz in the Vineyards will return to Hope Estate on December 7 this year.
The 2019 edition will be headlined by Australian music icon Kate Ceberano and her band, along with John Morrison's Swing City Band featuring Jacki Cooper, The Aston Martinis and The Djangologists.
Running from 11am to 6pm on the rolling lawns of Hope Estate's amphitheatre, enjoy a slow lunch, estate-grown wine, fresh craft beer, markets and a kids' zone, all to the lively big band jazz tunes and classic hits.
Hope Estate owner Karen Hope said Jazz in the Vineyards just feels like a party she and husband Michael might have at home with friends; they're just inviting everyone in NSW to come along.
"I am such a fan of Kate Ceberano and my friends and I just love this event," Ms Hope said.
"It's such a wonderful time of the year to sit outdoors in the sunshine with a cheese platter, glass of bubbles, have a laugh and take in the atmosphere of the day," she said.
Ceberano, a member of the Australian Songwriters' Associate Hall of Fame and an ARIA award winner, will be performing some of her greatest hits and is sure to be a highlight of the day.
John Morrison's Swing City Band featuring Jacki Cooper is a 14-piece big band that plays traditional jazz, swing, funk and jazz-rock pieces.
The Aston Martinis will have the crowd on their feet with their cool swing and classic soul tunes, while gypsy jazz duo The Djangologists will bring a touch of 1950s Paris to the Hunter with their songs inspired by Django Reinhardt, with a twist.
