A day of live music at Music For Life (84 Mitchell Avenue, Kurri Kurri) on Saturday will raise funds for Headspace and the Black Dog Institute. Acts include Ashliegh, Brad Knight, Larange Bucket, Students, Cord on Cord, Virescent, Speedball, Flatline, Punctured, Jacob, Firefish, The Meantime, The Versatiles, Froth Dogs and Low Key Affair.

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service Cessnock Support Group will host a high tea fundraiser at Vincent Street Kitchen and Bar on Sunday, March 29 at 2.30pm. The cost of $40 includes a delicious high tea, a glass of champagne or juice on arrival, and a ticket in the lucky door prize draw. It's a perfect opportunity to enjoy a lovely social afternoon while supporting the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service. RSVP to Patsy on 0417 901 146 by March 20.
