Co-hosted by Towns With Heart and the Rotary Club of Kurri Kurri Sunrise, the festival - which brings together the art show and the Rotary Craft Affair - will be staged in the former Betta Electrical store at 110A Lang Street.
"Despite the pandemic, sufficient entries have been received to stage the art show, and the Rotary Club has a waiting list for stalls for the craft affair," festival coordinator Sharon Dyson-Smith said.
"Those who are interested in art and craft can be sure that there will be something to view and possibly purchase.
"As we did last year, we are expanding our display by including items from the collection of the Sir Edgeworth David Memorial Museum, including some unusual art-related items with local links."
The art show will be officially opened on Thursday evening, with admission by ticket only due to COVID-19 restrictions. Bookings can be made via www.visitkurrikurri.com.
The art show will then run from 9am to 4pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and the craft affair will operate from 9am to 3pm on those days, with admission by gold coin donation.
