There's still time to submit your nominations for the 2020 Cessnock Customer Service Awards.
Nominations originally closed this Sunday, but the organisers have decided to extend the deadline by a week until November 1 to give people the most chance to nominate.
Run by the Cessnock Chamber of Commerce, the customer service awards will be conducted online this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with a virtual presentation to be held on December 4.

Nominees and their workmates are encouraged to dress up and join the fun via Zoom that night.
"Support a local business with some food and drinks and stay back in the office or gather at home and join in the celebrations," town coordinator Anthony Burke said.
The customer service awards were re-born in 2010 and have become one of Cessnock's biggest nights out, with crowds of more than 200 people each year.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the chamber decided to hold this year's awards online.
The 2020 awards will recognise excellence across five categories - hospitality and tourism, retail, trade, professional and community, and education and wellbeing - which will be broken into 18 sub-categories.
Nomination forms are only available online this year, and anyone who submits a nomination will be eligible to go into the draw for $100 Cessnock Dollars (to be spent at a local business).
Nominations close Sunday, November 1 and can be completed at cessnockchamber.com.au.
Businesses can also register to take part in the free awards ceremony on the chamber's website.
