The Cessnock Advertiser's Letters to Santa: 2020 edition

From the Barbies and BMXs of 1983, to LOLs and Ryan's World in 2020, we have forwarded the Christmas wishes of hundreds of children to the North Pole for the big man in the red suit.

We hope all of the children below have been good boys and girls this year.

Dear Santa,

Hello, my name is Amelia and I am 2.5 years old and I am very, very excited for Christmas. What I would really like this Christmas is a Peppa Pig toy, a Peppa Pig book, a tea set and a Charlie and Lola book.

I will leave you some milk and cookies and some water and carrots for your reindeer. Merry Christmas to everyone and a happy new year.

Dear Santa,

I am six years old. I have been a good boy. Could I please have some Lego and a remote control car. Thank you.

Dear Santa,

I am writing this letter so I can see if you can bring me something for being good if you could.

I love koalas and dresses and sparkly things, watches and dolls and pretty rings.

But doesn't matter if you can't get these, I am always happy with what's under the tree.

Dear Santa,

I am wanting to tell you I really, really love monkeys and I have carried one around with me since I was born.

So now you know I love monkeys and dancing and things that are blue, dresses and costumes and sparkly shoes.

But if you can't get them to put under the tree, I am always happy with what you give me.

Dear Santa,

My name is Lilah and I am over 1. My Daddy asked to marry my Mum.

So I have everything as you can see. But maybe Bluey or Minnie Mouse for under the tree.

Next time I will be big, and learn how to talk, and might want a blackboard and some chalk.

But no matter what you bring me, I love my family and they love me.

Dear Santa,

For Christmas I would like a Reborn Baby Doll and a Toddler Baby Doll. Also a baby swing, bunks and dummies for my dolls.

I have been a good girl all year. Merry Christmas Santa.

Dear Santa,

My dog Sabrina and I have been so very good this year.

My name is Harvey and I am only two years old but I love helping my dads outside, and would love a real mini leaf blower.

Brina would just love lots of doggo treats and a new rubber ball to fetch.

Thank you Santa! Father's leaving you a beer again this year, but remember not to drink and sleigh. Stay safe.

Dear Santa,

My name is Patrick, but you can call me Paddy! I'm almost one year old and I live with my Mum and Daddy. They say I'm the happiest, fun little boy they've ever met.

So my Christmas wishes would be a big fort, a pretend mower that blows bubbles so I can help Daddy mow, blocks, and a magna doodle to draw on with Mummy.

I love you very much.

I have been very good this year. Can I please have a LOL doll and a mermaid doll. I hope you have a great Christmas.

My name is Korbin. I am 2.5 years old and I have tried to be a good boy this year, but sometimes it was hard.

This year for Christmas I will be in Queensland. I hope your magic sleigh finds me there. I would be very happy if you left me another new garbage truck.

My name is Zaylee and I am 11 months old. This is my first Christmas and I love all the pretty trees and I especially find you fascinating.

I'm spending my first Christmas in Queensland meeting lots of family for the first time.

I hope you find me and can leave me some new toys to help me grow and learn. Thank you.

Dear Santa,

Our names are Zachy and Aiden. We are both 6 years old because we're twinzies. We have a little sister, Sienna/Bubby, who is 4 years old, and our adorable baby brother Jacob who is 1 year old. We all love him so much!

Mummy and Daddy said the elves have been watching so we have been really, really good. If it is OK, can we please have a toy camera and a Ryan's World Treasure Chest each.

Sienna would like 145 dresses and a toy camera too. Baby Jacob would like an Elmo plane and a hat as he always loves to go outside on his adventures with Daddy. And maybe some toys that we can all play with together.
