Several events in the Cessnock area have been postponed due to the latest round of COVID restrictions in NSW.

Venues in regional NSW are once again subject to capacity limits under the restrictions introduced on Saturday.
Cessnock City Library's school holiday program and regular groups have been cancelled.
The following advice has been given regarding Cessnock City Council's NAIDOC Week program:
- The PCYC School Holiday Program, Art Exhibition, Native Plant Giveaway and Films at CPAC are going ahead in a COVD-safe manner.
- The Ask us Anything CYCOS event and Cooking Demonstration has been postponed. Please check council's website for more details.
- The My Cultural Fire Story venue has been changed to Cessnock Performing Arts Centre.
- The NAIDOC Week Business Breakfast has been changed to Tuesday, July 20.
- All activities at Barkuma Neighbourhood Centre and Barkuma Hut are cancelled.
- Decisions about the weaving and string-making workshops on Saturday, July 10 and Wollombi Cultural Centre celebrations on Saturday, July 17 are yet to be confirmed.
The Remembering Reg Lindsay concert and book launch at East Cessnock Bowling Club has been postponed from this Sunday to a later date.
The Belgravia Leisure Inclusion Open Day, which was set to be held at Kurri Kurri Aquatic Centre on Wednesday, June 30, has been postponed until a date to be advised.
The Tap Pack's performance at Cessnock Performing Arts Centre on June 30 has also been postponed to November 17, while Hunter Drama's upcoming performance of Alice in Wonderland Jr at the same venue has been moved to January 21 and 22, 2022.
Dashville's Pigsty in July, which was set down for this Saturday, has been moved to July 31.
Cessnock Business Chamber's scavenger car rally, which was due to be held this Sunday, has been postponed. A new date will be announced soon, and all ticket holders will be refunded.
Hunter Events' Bar and BBQ Festival at Dalwood Estate has been moved from this weekend to October 2 and 3. All tickets for the July dates have been transferred to the rescheduled dates. Ticketholders will be notified via Oztix on how to obtain a refund if they are unable to attend.
Meanwhile, a number of Hunter Valley cellar doors have announced they will be closed to the public while the current restrictions are in place.
"With the escalation in cases throughout NSW, our cellar door will be staying closed until we are confident there is no undue risk to our staff, community and customers," Keith Tulloch Wine said in a Facebook post on Sunday.
First Creek Wines is also closed for tasting and bottle sales until further notice, while Wine House Hunter Valley is closed for tasting and dining until July 9.
Kurri Kurri's Barkuma Neighbourhood Centre also announced on Monday that it would be closed for two weeks to "minimise community contact".
