The club announced the titles will be the Hunter Economic Zone at Kurri Kurri on November 6-7 after two previous attempts to run the event had been spoiled by COVID-19.
It's a big two weeks with the Masters titles being run the following weekend at HEZ.
"Our annual 'Hunter Junior Tour' was cancelled in June due to Covid, and this is the third attempt to hold the 2021 state junior championships this year, so we are very excited," the club's Justin Rose said.
The club had been set to run the event on October 31 but clearance for Sydney travellers to regional areas did not come in until November 1 forcing a rescheduling of events across the state.
"The regional travel delay is a setback, but thanks to the support of NHCC we're delighted that it will only add one more week to the wait for junior racing," said James Nguyen, the NSW and ACT event manager at AusCycling.
"We want to thank riders and parents for supporting the club by entering early. Over 90 riders have already entered, and we're excited to see them all back at racing soon," Nguyen said.
The NSW Junior Championships will include road races, time trial and criterium races for the participants who range in age from under-7 to under-17.
Rose said the club expected their biggest continent for many years, at the event, with several younger riders competing at their first junior road tour.

Caitlin Rose and Hayley Dell in the U-15 women, Jake Pajtl in the U-15 men, Phoenix Jullian in the U-17 women and Noah Mason and Matthew Drohan in the U-17 men are hoping for strong performances.
The national titles set for the following week in Shepparton, Victoria, have unfortunately been cancelled.
Rose said the NHCC resumed riding on Suday at HEZ with more than 100 riders taking part.
