The Bulldogs were second last when the 2021 season was cut short after 17 rounds and face Lakes United - the side above them - in the opening match on March 26.
Under new coach Aaron Watts, Kurri Kurri pulled off a recruiting coup by signing former Parramatta Eels duo Ethan Parry and Harry Duggan for the 2022 season.
The Bulldogs have also enticed Newcastle Rebels centre Billy Gilbert from Cessnock and former Central Newcastle winger Tim Bridges.
This season there are 18 rounds, with each team playing each other twice in home and away fixtures.
In the key Coalfields clashes, the Bulldogs are away to Cessnock in round four and host them in round 13 and they host Maitland in round 7 and and are away in round 16.
