Victoria's flood by the numbers

* About 60 warnings issued across the state

* Fourteen emergency-level warnings, including evacuation orders for Charlton on the Avoca River, Bunbartha in Greater Shepparton, and Echuca along the Murray River

* "Too late to leave" for Shepparton, Orrvale, Kialla West, Mooroopna, Murchison

* Nearly 360 roads closed around the state, more than 500 road damage inspections completed

* Shepparton - Goulburn River peaked Monday morning at 12.05 metres. About 4000 properties inundated or isolated. Major flood level to remain for four to five days

* Orrvale - Broken River peaked at 8.35 metres, likely to remain at major flood level for a few days

* Charlton - Avoca River peaked at 7.9 metres

* Echuca - Campaspe River peaked late Sunday afternoon, expected to remain at major flood level for 24 to 48 hours as of 11am Monday. About 1200 properties isolated or inundated; another 1000 to 2000 to come under pressure from Tuesday with Murray River peak

* Rochester - Campaspe River receding, about 85 per cent of the township inundated

* About 1860 properties in Mooroopna still without power

* Kerang - Loddon River expected to peak Wednesday into Thursday. Community expected to be isolated for up to seven days

* Horsham - Wimmera River expected to peak at 3.6 metres Tuesday, residential inundation not expected but some flooding of streets, showgrounds, football fields

* About 3000 emergency services personnel responding to floods across the state

* More than 180 Australian Defence Force personnel helping with flood effort across the state, 11 aircraft. Additional aviation support from Tuesday

* More than 11,060 applications for flood relief payments lodged

CALLS FOR HELP

* SES has received more than 620 requests for assistance in the 24 hours to 10.45am Monday

* More than 340 for flooding, 175 for technical rescues including flood rescues

* Busiest units Shepparton, Tatura, Echuca

* Since 7am Wednesday, October 12, more than 6500 requests for assistance

* Of those, about 10 per cent for flood rescues

NEW $351 MILLION SUPPORT PACKAGE

* $165 million for emergency road repair blitz

* $150 million for co-ordinated clean up effort

* $15 million to support flood-affected people including with housing, health, wellbeing, financial and legal counselling

* $15 million to boost capacity of Emergency Management Victoria, the State Control Centre, Emergency Response Victoria

* $6 million to implement community recovery officers in affected local government areas
